I have a question about a deal or merchant

Our deal descriptions are full of helpful information about both the deal and the merchant. Be sure to check out the “Fine Print” section for specific details.

If you can't find the information you're looking for on the deal page, head to the deal's Q&A board by clicking "Ask a Question" at the bottom of the deal description. There, you can see answers to questions other customers have asked, or you can submit a question of your own.

Help! I'm having trouble purchasing!

Check to see if your order is already processing by logging in to your account, placing your cursor over your name at the top right corner of the screen, and clicking My Groupons. If you don't see it there, it could just mean that order processing is taking a little longer today, but we'll be sure to send you a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don't receive confirmation by then, try purchasing the Groupon once more.

Please note that the normal processing time for G-Pass tickets purchased on GrouponLive is up to 48 hours after the deal closes.

I need to update a failed order

To update the credit card on your order, click “Edit order” from your My Groupons page. We will attempt this charge again, and if it processes successfully, we’ll send you an email letting you know that everything went smoothly.
Buying a Groupon as a gift

Just below the "Buy!" button, click "Buy it for a friend!" You can send the recipient an immediate email notification by providing their email address, or choose to print it for them later.
Purchasing on the mobile app

Purchasing a Groupon on the app works just like purchasing a Groupon on the regular site – just click "Buy!" before the deal ends. If you're unable to complete a purchase on the app, try deleting app from your phone completely and then re-installing it. The app is free, so you can download it as many times as you need.
How do I use my promotional discount?

The discount will apply automatically – no fancy codes or secret passwords required. If it applies successfully, you will see the discount amount deducted from your total on the checkout page.
My discount isn’t applying

Please double-check the promotional email you received and make sure you’re signed in to the Groupon account associated with the email address indicated in that email. Also check to see if the discount’s expiration date has already passed, and if there are any other terms or conditions of the discount.
