Can’t find my Groupon

You can always find all of your Groupons by placing your cursor over your name in the top right corner (once you're logged in) and going to your My Groupons page. If you bought the Groupon as a gift, it will be located under the My Gifts tab.

If you still don't see the Groupon you are looking for, then please make sure you are signed in to the correct account. Try signing in with another email address you use, or check to see if you're accidentally logged in to the wrong account via Facebook Connect.

Trouble printing

While signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click My Groupons. (Note: If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under My Gifts.) Then click "View Voucher" to download the PDF file of the Groupon voucher to your computer. Once downloaded, you can open the file and print it like you would any document.
Giving a Groupon as a gift

Groupons are easily transferrable (unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print). Feel free to print or download the voucher from your My Groupons page and give your unused Groupon to friends, family, or exceedingly well-behaved pets.
Trouble locating or using the redemption code

Your redemption code can be found in the center of your Groupon voucher. To view or print it, head to your My Groupons page and click "View Voucher."

Always double-check the redemption instructions on your voucher to ensure that you're using the correct code and that you don't miss a step in the process. If you’re still having trouble, we recommend contacting the merchant directly. If they're unable to assist, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Merchant has no availability or hasn't returned my calls

Sometimes it can be difficult to reach a business or schedule an appointment shortly after their deal is featured. Please have patience when trying to reserve a spot immediately after purchasing.

If you’ve waited a week or so and are still having trouble, double-check the redemption instructions on your Groupon voucher to make sure you’re using the best contact info. If that doesn’t work, please contact us using the button to the right. We're glad to reach out to the business to try and fix this for you.

Merchant is closed

Please contact us using the button to the right -- we will always honor your refund requests if a business closes permanently.
