Loved it! Checked in around 4 and it was fast and easy check in didnt have any issues.. got the room its smelled nice and clean went out to check the pool it was nice and clean.. it was a wonderful stay no problems.. BREAKFAST IS A MUST LOVED IT! Property looked great. Keep up the hard work employess :)

Loved it! Unsafe at the least I had very positive experiences with Best Western before and felt comfortable booking here. Unfortunately, the accumulation of men hanging out in the dark corners of the hotel, the elevator being filthy, hair on the bed, and none of the many guests wearing masks in the lobby or the hallways made me cancel my stay in this hotel. I understand that staff did not have the authority to cancel without pay but I think people should be aware that making a reservation here currently will end up in an unpleasant surprise, possible unsafe in Covid times, or paying at least a night's stay to get out of it.

Front desk can charge whatever they want!!!!! This place is a joke, they apparently can charge whatever rate they want at anytime. I specifically called the hotel directly to book this room, I was given a rate for the entire length of my stay. My husband wanted to check out early due to the hotel being unsafe, he gave them more then 24 hours notice as required. strongly advise asking for your receipt before paying. Its very unsafe, and sketchy. My husband didn't even have a smoke detector in his room, just a big hole where it's suppose to be. Beware an stay away!!!!!!!

Places not to stay The dirtiest place I have stayed in a long time. COVID cleanliness is not being applied and neither is any other standard. The with resident cliental it feels like you paid quality price for a low end apartment for the night. I used to stay at this location in the past and was happy with it. If all Best Westerns were like this I would go to a different chain. On a plus, the staff was good to deal with.

Rented by BC housing as a temporary shelter ... stay away! I stayed 2 nights mid-January 2021 and want to start my review with last conversation I had with staff. After 2 chaotic nights with people shouting in hallway and talking or laughing loud in rooms at night, also seeing some folks lurking around the parking all day long smoking or …, I asked the front desk if the hotel is temporary shelter for homeless or addicts. The answer confirmed my suspicion! BC housing rented the second floor to use it under their discretion according to front desk!!! When I said I have a right to know about this unusual situation for a hotel. The answer was Nope! We don’t let other guest know about your stay and vice versa. This hotel is dirty and unsafe to stay. I’m sorry for Best Western Group with their poor decision to keep their guests at dark on such a sensitive issue at COVID time.
