Very Convenient Location I stayed here 4 years ago to attend my granddaughter’s 8th grade graduation. I returned yesterday to attend her high school graduation. The hotel is located 10 blocks from my son’s apartment so I can be somewhat independent and walk there. The subway stop is a block away and there is a lovely Catholic Church a block away( in the opposite direction) as well. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is good and there are bakery donuts which is a plus. This hotel is well worth the money. I will definitely return.

Next time i am Booking in Brooklyn I stayed four nights. The room was small but adequate. No Breakfast because of the covid-19. Even on the five floor i were bothered by subway noise. The A/C was noisy and refrigerator was also noisy sorry.

Ok hotel We stayed one night. The room was small but adequate. The breakfast was minimal. Even on the top floor we were bothered by subway noise. The heater was noisy and refrigerator was also noisy. Very few tv channels and no cable movie channels.

Average Hotel, Bad Breakfast, Clean Room Like all basic level Choice Hotels the eggs at breakfast are horrible pellets. That aside (as that shouldn't be the reason you stay at a hotel nor why I stayed) the hotel was average. One elevator, basic room but clean with a mini fridge, no microwave in room (use the microwave in the breakfast area). You're close to the train so if loud noises can't be phased out don't stay here. I didn't have a problem with safety or the staff (I did decline room service for the seven days I was here) but I would note that many of the staff for some reason thought I worked there and it became annoying to tell them I was a guest not an employee. I don't wear Choice Hotel clothing as I have none and I had a backpack on at all times. That aside again, the room was clean, nothing fancy but it did the job. Close to a train that takes you straight to the Javits Center in Manhattan. Please note, just north of the hotel was a shelter that had a near constant police presence around it. While I never felt unsafe I could assume some that aren't used to this or have other viewpoints might not want to stay here. While I would not stay here again personally, I wouldn't be against someone staying here either.

Nice renovated rooms Not much around this hotel to actually do, a short 20 minute plus subway ride to midtown Manhattan. Nice front desk staff, offers breakfast. Soft bed and pillows always a plus, only negative is only 17 TV stations to choose from most are unimportant.
