Very tired but undergoing upgrade. We stayed here for two nights as part of a trip from New Orleans and finishing in Nashville. The surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired, The rooms are VERY tired, there was obsolete furniture lying around and skips full of building rubbish round the back. The pool was black and not useable ( I didn’t want to anyway but someone might have) There we’re some strange people wandering round the hotel. The staff we met were all very pleasant and did their best to correct some issues ( missing coffee machines etc). The whole place which has been rebadged as a Quality Inns, is undergoing an upgrade but to be honest more than just new sinks and furniture is required here. The bed was very comfortable. It was reasonably priced but don’t expect too much. Breakfast was ok, cereal, waffles, grits, juice, coffee.

Well done Quality Inn, you got one star rather than the zero you deserve Family of five, my 85 year old mother in law suggested this place needed refurbishment. I suggested demolition would be more appropriate. The reception area was clean and freshly painted, but don’t be fooled as once lead into the hotel itself you are faced with cracked walls, mould, strong stink of weed, rusty furniture, flickering bathroom lighting to give that authentic ghostly feel, uncomfortable beds, gaps around doors to the stinky entrance balcony. Probably forgot the rest, mother in law slept with her suitcase against the door (not sure what she thought that would achieve, as she thought someone with an AK47 was going to break in). Left (ran to escape after the first night) to find a much better hotel for the second night. What a STIH HOEL (anagram)

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We booked via booking.com but when we arrived we were advised the lift was out of order. The receptionist advised we could cancel free of charge, however between both this hotel and booking.com we have only been refunded half the amount. We have contacted both companies with no response from either. I will be happy to take down this review when we are reimbursed the balance of our payment.
