Scam! Stay away. This hotel must be removed from listings! I booked this property solely on the pictures online. It looked great for a weekend stay. I arrived and those pictures couldn't be farther from the truth. Check in is advertised as 2:00 PM. At 2:30 I was told my room was not ready yet and to just come back later. 4:00 comes and I call the hotel. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes until I walked back to the hotel office. The lady at the desk said the room was still unavailable and they moved me to another room. The room reeked of bleach, had some sort of taggings on the inside of the door, had a rusty refrigerator (inside and out), and the microwave was so dented I thought someone had thrown it off the balcony. Then, later that night I found a large cockroach in the room. I also found another on the floor. I took the one cockroach to the front desk and the staff just replied with "I don't know what that is". One staff member, Liz, said she would authorize a refund. I received a printout of all of my complaints that were logged into their system. I had to leave the hotel room that night and attempt to find another, as the only option provided by the hotel was to be issued a refund and vacate the property. I took this option, as would any reasonable person. I had to initiate a refund request through the booking site I used. For months. MONTHS. Nearly 4, to be exact, they have avoided calls from the booking site, leaving me without hundreds of dollars. Now, today, I have been informed that the hotel has declined the request, simply citing "Not Authorized". No one at the property will answer the phones, either. So, if you value your health and money, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Hell, a cardboard box on the side of the highway would be a 3 star hotel compared to this place. I have had friendlier customer service at the DMV, too.

spring break front desk manager LIZ is awesome, she is so friendly and sweet and genuinely cares about people. She is willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a good trip. I had to call and speak with her on the phone and even though she was very busy she made time to help me out and I really appreciated her hospitality.

REMOVE MOTEL FROM ALL WEBSITES My daughter and I checked in and within less than 10-min we check out and requested a refund due to personal safety issues. We were genuinely afraid of our personal safety as there were prostitutes, drug dealers, and 3 needles on the property. The front counter lady said to call LIZ the next morning for a refund. I called LIZ today (3/31) and she said she cannot provide a refund - despite the above reasons. LIZ is not returning my calls anymore when i initially reached her at 1-843-447-2857. This Motel needs to be burned down immediately!!!

Roadtrip 2020 Facilities not so great... but location is excellent, and there are wonderful staff that are helpful and polite. Pool is closed, There was a sign on the door to get coffee or orange juice and a muffin at the office, but the office stayed close the whole time we were there. Ice machine also broken.
