You get what you pay for This motel gets A 3* rating because the room was large had clean bedding, tub, floors (no carpets yeah!). The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had no odd smells or artificial spray smells. Plenty of good hot water in the shower and clean towels. Note, the only amenity is one mini bar of soap. That worked for us as we were there for 1 night only and the price was right (a sale). This said, this property might not be for everyone. First impression almost had us running. The dirty reception/ front desk area was filed with running & screaming kids (none of them guests) children and grandchildren behind the counter belonging to the front desk attendant who was wearing a highly stained shirt and with a less than desirable competence. She could not find our reservation even with the conf# and when she did she assigned us a room that had not been cleaned. That was fortunately eventually rectified. She gave out zilch info about the property. If you are looking for a quiet area, as others have commented on Google reviews, the hotel grounds are rather roudy. Kids running in the dirty outdoor hallways, music and loud voices. All of which could be interpreted differently by individuals. Fortunately when approximately 11pm came all went quiet and we were able to have a good night sleep.
