Nasty Hotel This is the nastiest Hotel, added new cheap furniture to a n old nasty hotel does not make it look better Very Nasty, no blankets on the beds just sheets, microwave looks as if never cleaned in the 10 yrs it’s been sitting there No bathroom knob on door Maintenance man was pushing an old shopping cart full of old trash. Beware…. Filthy place

Belongings Make sure you do not forget anything they will just toss your things in the trash. Crappy place horrible attitude the owner had. I suggest stay away from this dump. Broken refrigerator and not very clean. I will never stay again

Motel 6 Worse hotel ever Motel 6 in West Memphis was a nightmare to say the least. First it had no toilet paper and the bed had no sheets. The pillows were disgusting too!! We had our own pillows and comforter so That all was minor compared to the tv not working. The clerk came up several times and tried to fix it to no avail! After telling us for 2 hours wait for it! It never happened. Then he finally gave us another room. All we wanted was a room with a tv and air conditioner we did not expect a luxury suite, we were so tired is air conditioner and a tv_‍♀️ Is that to much to ask. Well the new room had a tv but the air conditioner was not cooling AT ALL it was just last Sat 7/31/21 it was 90 and when I went to go get something to eat it had gotten dark and there were 20 or 30 people of color standing outside their doors hanging out on the balconies and pimps and drug dealers were all meeting and a fight broke out in the parking lot. As soon as I got back my boyfriend said don’t get out of car the air is not working still and the clerk is not going to do anything about it and someone had tried to get in the room!! We were scared to no end. But before we left we were going to try and talk to clerk but he was gone and we were not going to wait around because it was so bad with everyone walking around we didn’t want to get shot or hurt.

RIP OFF , unfriendly staff we made reservations a week ahead of time , gave them our credit card, when we arrived the following Friday 7-16-21, the person at the desk said he could not find our reservation and he did not have any rooms at this time, so we went to one down the road and stayed .. we called the credit card company and cancel that transaction, hoping they did not get a chance to use it..

Not quite I took the cheapest room in the area, and found the room sufficiently clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, and access off the freeway was extremely easy. But the outside of the buildings and the parking lot are more sketchy than I am comfortable with. The parking lot looks like it has been bombed. I’d pay a bit more and look elsewhere.
