Oasis aims to bridge the gap between body and mind with potent, focused workouts that unify intention and execution while simultaneously extracting sweat and faticules. Tai chi, Pilates, yoga, and non-traditional disciplines such as martial arts to a Brazilian beat known as capoeira are offered. Each class promotes proper alignment of the physical and mental, bestowing a better, more complete awareness of the body. Classes are available Monday through Saturday as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 7:30 p.m., though lunch-hour workouts are only available on Saturdays.
