Randy barely recognized his own car. The year was 1977, and he had just picked up his cherished ride from a new detail shop, astounded by the glossy finish that gave it a sleekness he didn't know it could possess. For the next few years, he was a dedicated customer and continued to be inspired by the crew's work and attitude toward their customers. In fact, it made such an impression, that he decided to open his own shop, following the same simple business model––great work and top-notch customer service––that he'd come to admire.
For more than 30 years now, Randy and his crew have been doling out double takes to motorists, helping them see their cars in a shiny new light. After delicately washing every inch of the exterior, Elite Motorcar Polishing's techs then get to work buffing and waxing the paint to a high shine and detailing every inch of the interior. On top of cleaning, the staff also revamps rides by repairing wheels, surface dents, and bumpers, and can even refurbish leased cars on their way back to the car stork. Above all, though, Randy continues to put his relationship with his customers at the forefront of every service, offering them quotes, and the occasional joke, free of charge.
