Under new ownership, Bikram Yoga Agoura Hills' instructors guide students through classes performed in a hot and humid studio in accordance with the Bikram Method. During 90-minute sessions that seek to welcome students into an open and friendly environment, instructors walk students through the same 26-posture regimen each time, cranking temperatures up to 105 degrees to help even the most rusty tin men and women melt their muscles into deep, healing stretches. The series of seated twists, bends, balances, and two breathing exercises also promotes the detoxification of harmful toxins from the body through sweating, easing physical and mental maladies such as stress, increasing energy, and promoting self-care, happiness, and balance.

Now a certified personal trainer, she applies the same dedication to form and function when renovating human physiques. When not busy plotting rigorous workouts and personalized nutritional programs for clients of all shapes, sizes, and ages, Taryn and her well-rounded team of trainers lead one-hour morning boot-camp fitness classes that shun routine to keep minds and muscles energized. She also stocks Dream To Be Fit's three locations with stimulating equipment that makes for creative exercises, inviting exercisers to torch calories by crawling through a foam pit, performing pull-ups on gymnastics rings, or shouting at a video of themselves ordering a pizza.

Born to a Moroccan family, Sagit got her start on stage at the age of 5, assisting her father during his magic shows. Though she continued to hone her stage presence, her interests shifted to belly dance at the age of 12, leading her to make a career of performing across the globe. Sagit eventually settled down in California to raise a family, but she has continued to share her passion for dance through more than a decade of teaching.
Her classes at Belly Dance 4 Fitness focus on easy-to-learn routines that can accomodate women whose only previous dance experience is the Hokey Pokey. The low-impact classes provide full-body cardio workouts that also increase muscle tone and self-confidence.
