A meditation room, fresh fruit, and warm teas help clients find peace at Organic Zen Spa while they enjoy therapeutic services from massage therapists and aestheticians. During lavish spa facials, aestheticians determine skin's exact needs with an analysis and then ease spirits with an upper-body massage. Using Eminence Organic skincare products, facials incorporate natural ingredients such as yam and pumpkin enzymes to replenish vitamins and essential nutrients. Clients can elongate eyelashes with silk or mink extensions in more than 600 combinations of curl, length, color, and language proficiencies. Waxing and threading services shape and remove body hair.
After treatments, customers can glide to enlightenment in the on-site meditation room, snack on tea and fresh fruit, or peruse luxury skin and body products made for spa-goers intent on smuggling serenity home.

Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Do you bake any supplementary services into your main services?
Hot pads for different parts of the body, oils, and pain-relieving gel.
What are some of your most popular services? Why do you think clients love them so much?
Our most popular service is our 90-minute traditional Chinese and Swedish massage. Clients love it because it helps relieve their pain and helps them relax at the same time.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a client?
We have several clients that used to take sleeping pills every day, but since they [started] coming for our foot and body massages, they no longer need them. That's the reason I opened my spa—I love it when my clients say we made their day.
The aestheticians of Slim Beauty Center believe in the power of feeling good in your own skin. To that end, they offer a variety of treatments to beautify the face and body, fusing both Western innovations and ancient Chinese medical philosophies. The facial treatments, for example, range from diamond microdermabrasion to luxurious caviar facials. Body treatments focus on creating slimming sillouettes with treatments such as ultrasonic liposuction and relaxing the entire body with volcanic-hot-stone therapy.
La Belle Laser & Plastic Surgery Center has been keeping up with the latest cosmetic-laser equipment since 1996. Today, the center is led by board-certified physician Tin L. Yung, MD, and board-certified plastic surgeon Eric Hu, MD, and has expanded its menu of services to include breast augmentations, plastic surgery, and beauty injections alongside its wide array of laser treatments for unwanted tattoos, scars, wrinkles, Kool-Aid stains, and body hair.

While she was paying the bills by writing, producing, and casting Hollywood projects, Roxy Han, L.Ac., harbored a secret fascination with health. In her spare time, Han would research health-related topics, and when anyone on set had a headache, a cough, or a sniffling pet rock, she would draw from a well of wellness wisdom to dole out advice. Eventually this earned her a reputation as the unofficial doctor wherever she was, but she didn't switch careers just yet.
Then, at a jujitsu convention, Han reached forward to perform an advanced-level throw on a black-belt fighter. In one painful pop, her shoulder was out of commission. Fortunately, Han's sensei was an acupuncturist, and the skills he demonstrated throughout the following week lessened her injury’s impact. Galvanized by this personal experience, Han trained with master acupuncturists, graduated from her program with honors, and became a professional needle master. Now, with the help of Doctors of Chiropractic Mary Ensign and Rick Fox, skilled acupuncturist Sandy Lee – a former classmate of Han's who specializes in pain relief and psycho-emotional issues – and a team of licensed massage therapists, she holistically treats a range of bodily symptoms.
