But martial arts studios across the world teach it—including 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Bethlehem. After obtaining Eddie's blessing, the studio's two instructors now teach the 10th Planet system's three distinct moves: the rubber guard, the half-guard, and the twister. In the rubber guard, grapplers pull their opponents to the mat with a leg wrapped around his shoulders and neck. The half-guard involves hooking your legs around one of your opponents, keeping them in a locked position.
