The craftspeople at Boulevard Frame & Art entrap beautiful works of art inside frames, utilizing more than 5,000 styles that come in wood, metal, and a wide variety of colors. Serving to both showcase and protect the items inside, frames can transform ordinary portraits into antique-style wall jewelry. Custom frames enhance other artistic expressions, such as photography and childhood masterworks, creating eye-pleasing products perfect for mounting above beds or fireplaces or attaching directly to slightly larger paintings. Customers aren't limited to two-dimensional images—objects and mementos such as ornate clothwork, favorite album covers, and trinkets from vacations past also fit nicely inside a frame, where they'll live in peace until time ends this coming September.
With indoor and outdoor activity spaces, dog-loving attendants on staff 24 hours a day, and lots of friends to play with, dogs may not want to leave Woof World once they arrive. Whether they're there for daycare or all-night boarding, canines can run through agility courses, clamber up climbing structures, and wrestle with toys in an indoor play area equipped with rubberized flooring to protect paws. Outside, they wallow in bone-shaped swimming pools and drink straight from the hose in the warm sun. The pampering doesn't stop at bedtime—dogs have their pick of a variety of mattresses and dog beds piled with blankets and pillows, and there isn't a cage to be found. Staff members stay throughout the night, keeping watch to take care of any overnight potty emergencies and prevent toothpaste pranks from fellow boarders. All dogs must meet the facility's prerequisites to stay, including passing a behavior test, up-to-date vaccinations, and other requirements.
The Run Diva, longtime running coach Alicia VanDerSluis, wants to get people off the couch. She believes that anyone can transform their sedentary lifestyle into an active one, and she aims to turn her trainees into enthusiastic, active joggers. In programs that can last as long as 12 weeks, the Army veteran takes a multifaceted approach to training new runners, offering tips and techniques and suggesting running gear. As runners improve, she offers them new challenges, encouraging them all the way. Before they know it, athletes will able to run for a full 30 minutes or even take part in a 5K race.
