Drinkers can get their fill of fine, fermented libations at The Barrel Room, where guests meet more than 20 wines by the glass, an assortment of imported and domestic beers, and noshables that soak up the stomach's liquidy contents to make room for more. A sip of Norton malbec will excite tongues with a mildly berryish, tongue-smoothening Argentine flavor ($5), and Australia's Red Bank pinot grigio entices nostrils with floral, herbal, and pear notes ($7) while friending palates with its fruity mouthtaste. Malted options include Dogfish Head's 90-Minute IPA ($6.50) and Delirium Tremens, a Belgian pale ale that's often prescribed by non-licensed psychiatrists as a remedy for madness ($6). Three-part wine flights are available every night in red- or white-hued trios ($8–$10).

Intense Paintball lives up to its moniker with two distinct battlegrounds?one indoor and one outdoor. The indoor field emulates a long-abandoned warehouse, consisting of an open floor cluttered by formations of barrels and inflatable blocks. Outdoors, trigger fingers get a workout among a 125' x 200' field populated by similar obstacles. To arm its players, Intense Paintball rents out Tippmann markers, paint, and accessories.

A lengthy lineup of traditional game-day fare and a sports atmosphere captivate fans at Fox and Hound - Bailey's, where the kitchen remains open as late as its neighboring fully stocked bar. Chefs cook until the wee hours of the morning and always until the bar closes, baking Bavarian pretzel starters, crafting towers of onion rings, and preparing hand-battered chicken tenders that are cooked until they are golden brown. They blend their own seasonings to sprinkle over grilled-to-order burgers, and draw from a diverse roster of cheeses and toppings to crown their wood-oven-inspired flatbreads.

While manning the bars, bartenders tap into a stash of libations, such as UV Whipped vodka and Patron Silver tequila, to mix their specialty cocktails. To further foster a sporting ambiance, high-definition TVs glow with sports games and custom music-video playlists, and guests partake in pastimes of ump bashing, billiards, or competitive people watching.

For four generations, the same family has tilled the soil beneath the grape vines that thrive at Barrel Run Crossing Winery and Vineyard. Originally used to grow grain, hay, soybeans, and wheat, the land saw its first vines in 2006, and grapes have been planted each subsequent year. Now totaling 10 acres, up to eight grape varietals flourish on the land. The result of these planting efforts is a host of handcrafted wines and ciders, including 2012 Ohio Wine Competition award winners Tipsy Conductor and Engine Number 5. All of Barrel Run Crossing’s wines are available for sampling in the spacious tasting room and for purchase by the thimble, glass, or bottle.
