Deborah Wilson, Returning to Wholeness’s holistic counselor, kinesiologist, and massage therapist, helps heal clients’ mind, body, and spirit with combined body-mind sessions. Using transformational kinesiology techniques, she’ll work to free muscles of the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical blockages keeping clients from reaching their goals or the top shelf at the grocery store. Wilson will then spend the last 20–45 minutes of the session kneading away physical aches and pains through deep-tissue, Swedish, and trigger-point massage techniques.

Relaxation reigns supreme at Elements Hot Tub Spa, where reprieve from the daily grind awaits in the form of bubbling hot tubs and the masterful hands of fully licensed massage therapists. Behind the doors of five themed areas, the crystal-clear tubs send toasty tides surging across limbs from up to 108 hydrotherapy jets. Inside the Fire room, visitors sink into 104-degree tubs amid warm tones of burnished slate, whereas out in the Air garden, breezes move tree boughs across stucco walls, replicating the gentle rustling synonymous with nature or book-themed scavenger hunts in a library. Stress sapping is also available through trips to the facility's infrared sauna and steam rooms, and through services such as deep-tissue massages, hot-stone treatments, and chocolate facials.
Massaged therapist Cameron fine-tuned his golden touch at massage schools in both California and Massachusetts. Now drawing on more than six years of experience, he relieves chronic tension out of his own studio, White Birch Massage. Here, clients can request flowing Swedish strokes to promote relaxation, or access lower-layer tension with firm trigger-point and deep-tissue techniques. When not untying muscular knots, Cameron enjoys disk golf, yoga, and running barefoot across the backs of tense giants.
