Our gym was established to coach and train individuals and teams in gymnastics and all-star cheerleading. Our objective is to teach your child to be the best that they can be. We will provide constructive and complete training in all areas of gymnastics and cheerleading.
In 2001, with a puff of smoke and a trumpet fanfare, Xtreme Altitude Gymnastics was born. In the years since, the kid-focused gym has amassed a team of more than 60 coaches and administrative staff, all of whom spend their days nurturing children's fitness as well as their imaginations. This care stretches across two fitness centers, where it takes the form of recreational gymnastics programs, day camps, and drop-in playtime sessions for infants through adolescents.
The 19,000 square-foot Xtreme Altitude Gymnastics challenges kids to shoot for the ceiling with amenities such as a full-size high school cheer floor, eight beams, bounce castles, a 40-foot tumble track, and an in-ground foam training pit. The 9,500 square-foot recently-updated Flatirons Gymnastics facility, boasts many of the same amenities, including a new foam pit, as well as uneven bars, five spring floor tumbling strips, and rope swings. In addition, both gyms contain viewing areas for parents, and sound systems that play upbeat music and keep nostalgic storks from nesting in the rafters.
At CrossFit Terra Nova, owners Jennifer Boaz and Roberto Martinez lead platoons of enthusiastic exercisers as they crunch, squat, and sprint their way to better health. Each visit to the gym comes with a new workout, complete with a unique assortment of functional exercises each day to build broad-based fitness. The gym prides itself on an inclusive environment for anyone ready to flip truck tires, pump out push-ups, and challenge themselves to improve.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Our workouts are different every day. We change it up with new movements and patterns to avoid boredom, and participants learn functional movements that help them with everyday activities. They also learn new skills, such as gymnastic movements and olympic lifting, which require a lot of practice to master.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Dance music, rock, and pop. We listen to anything with a great beat.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Yoga, kids CrossFit, community events, and birthday parties.

We are the first and only women-only CrossFit studio in Colorado. We do offer two co-ed classes each week to accommodate families, and have a full service kids CrossFit program.
The trained instructors at Urban Acrobatics run, tumble, and dance their way across a 14,000-square-foot gym that welcomes guests of all skill levels. Inside the creative movement room, padded obstacles and landing mats help students learn the unconventional gymnastic art of parkour before taking their skills to FreeRunning City?a course that simulates an urban environment with building structures and construction pieces to spring from. The 5,000-square-foot fitness room features wood flooring and a wall of mirrors that reflects classes ranging from yoga to break dancing led by instructors who bolster a community feel in the gym by equally engaging newcomers and familiar faces.
