Although she often was exhausted after coming home from her hectic nursing job in a coronary intensive-care unit, Krysia Maciuszko always found time to practice yoga. She would take solace in the rejuvenating poses, energizing stretches, and refreshing breathing exercises. Driven by her longtime dream to show others just how much yoga can restore a weary body and to finally be free to laugh at the word “angina” without being judged, Krysia eventually turned in her nurse's cap and opened up Krysia Energy Yoga.
