And though wraps come with a slice of freshly baked naan or roti bread, clients can opt to make their dish gluten-free by swapping out bread for quinoa or rice. Rustler’s Rooste has come a long way since its original location posed as a hideout for cattle ranchers in the 1970’s. Today, the family-owned restaurant resides in a two-story, 1,500-seat building nestled amid the Arizona Grand Resort.
