Since graduating summa cum laude from the University of Palermo School of Medicine in 1981, Dr. Lucia McNabb has gone on to study many aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. She completed ob-gyn residencies in both Italy and America before eventually becoming a clinical instructor at Vanderbilt University. She later focused on becoming part of a private gynecology practice, where she developed an interest in cosmetic surgery. Dr. McNabb went on to complete a fellowship in cosmeto-gynecology and now performs everything from vaginal rejuvenation to labiaplasty at Sorgente Center for Aesthetic Vaginal Surgery. Surgical techniques are not her only specialty, though. She also performs med spa treatments such as Botox, Pellev?, Dysport, Juvederm, and laser skin tightening.
In a small but bustling town on Cape Cod, Massage Gift is calm and quiet, as nimble fingers harmonize physical and emotional wellness within private chambers. With more than 15 years of experience, the massage therapist offers skin and holistic wellness therapies, which begin with cups of hot tea to awaken the senses and give droopy pinkie fingers a lift. She has even put her practice to use on celebrity clients like Lebron James and Eva Longoria. The bodywork practitioner works in tandem with aromatic organic oils or acupuncture needles to release tension and restore balance. She specializes in a range of modalities including Thai, Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Cold Stone, and therapeutic massage.

Like the staff-designed folk art and jewelry displayed in its boutique, the spa services at Studio 137 Salon are informed by a unique artistic vision. During each beauty treatment, staffers channel their aesthetic savvy through each client's personal style to craft an image that befits its wearer. Hairstylists' sensibilities overflow into everything from simple haircuts to full cut, style, color, and retexturizing overhauls. Aestheticians brush away blemishes and skin imperfections with the help of pharmaceutical-grade Pharmagel products, and mani-pedis complete head-to-toe beauty transformations with OPI polish. In addition, full-body massages soothe sore muscles with Swedish, deep-tissue, and prenatal techniques that untie knots quicker than shouting "Fire!" during a game of Twister.
Donna Pagliarani opened The Dharma Connection in 2009, and, having already experienced a life-changing yogic journey of her own, designed the studio as a space for others to set out on similar explorations. Today, Donna and her staff of certified instructors conduct classes every day of the week. They teach a variety of styles, including Hatha and Vinyasa flow, leading students of all skill sets to look inward for mental wellness or swallowed house keys. When not affixed to their mats, the facility's staff runs seasonal workshops and special events. The studio also offers various wellness services, such as therapeutic massages, along with body-contouring treatments, such as detoxifying wraps.
