A Piedi Dance Company's team of instructors teach dancers of all skill levels the know-how of executing fancy footwork. Syllabuses based on internationally renowned ballroom standards send bodies shimmying through lessons in a variety of styles including Latin, swing, country western, and lip-syncing into a hairbrush. In group classes, aficionados demonstrate footwork at a glacial pace and repeat the basic steps several times. The group setting prepares dancers for real-world shindigs, so they can navigate other boogying bodies in close proximity and know how to relieve cramps in their jazz hands. Private lessons can be tailored towards the individual student's learning style, so instructors can hone footwork and give an in-depth look at each step.

Swing Tulsa Style Dance Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the art of West Coast swing dancing. On a 1,500-square-foot wood dance floor, students learn the dance's signature six- and eight-count patterns in beginners' classes or improve their swing techniques during intermediate and advanced classes to a soundtrack of country, disco, pop, and blues songs.
The professional dancing staff of Elite Dance of Tulsa lead students of all ages through a variety of dancing styles. They teach ballet, tap, and jazz to children aged 4–12 and help adults get into shape with dance classes and boot-camp sessions. They also offer weeklong summer camps for children.
Allied’s Ultimate Performance Complex helps athletes of all ages Hulk-punch through ability-ceilings with an assortment of sports-conditioning sessions. Adult classes take inspiration from boxing and mixed martial arts, blending stretches, strength, and agility into a muscle-enhancing secret sauce. Aspiring martial artists of all ability levels can defend themselves against bullying jab-bags or ramp up heart rates with cardio exercise. Youth classes, for ages 18 and under, encompass a warm up, cool down, and core conditioning through interval training. Adults can also opt for 10 sports performance classes, which condition the body for any court or field sport. The sessions boost power, balance, and mental focus, helping quick-moving athletes ignore taunts from immobile, resentful basketball hoops.
