Get Fast Inc.’s trainers inspire clients to grab the brass ring of physical fitness through a combination of time-tested techniques and unorthodox equipment. Submit stressed-out muscles to the kneading knuckles of a licensed massage therapist with Get Fast Inc.’s one-hour Swedish or deep-tissue massage. Gentle Swedish strokes relieve localized tension, and sterner deep-tissue exploration re-braids muscle fibers into stylish friendship bracelets. Extreme boot-camp participants engage in multi-part regimens with equal parts vim and vigor, busting through cardio and strength training before tackling physical challenges such as flipping oversized Tonka wheels and whipping weighty ropes. Throughout each small-group session, fitness components including speed, agility, and neuromuscular coordination converge to burn calories and tone lean muscle mass, and specialized program modifications address individual abilities and jump-rope allergies. Classes can be scheduled throughout the day Monday–Saturday, with trainers standing vigilant watch from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m.

From dual locations in West Dundee and St. Charles, Wild Fun Center delights fun-seekers of all ages with sports attractions and simulated rides. The West Dundee location houses a number of batting cages that bolster swing skills, and an enchanted-forest-themed mini-golf course is populated by colorful trees, twisting greens, faux rock formations, and wild packs of sports commentators. At the St. Charles center, batting cages host swings alongside an 18-hole glow-in-the-dark mini-golf course. A whirling hurricane simulator transports guests into the clutches of a tropical storm, blowing hair and superhero capes skyward with intense wind forces.

The Illinois Horseperson of the Year in 2004, Janet Sassmannshausen acts as Kinvarra Farm's lead instructor, controlling the reins of a United States Hunter Jumper Association–certified training staff. Since 1984, everyone from first-time riders to voracious competitors has visited Kinvarra Farm seeking to refine his or her skills during equitation programs, which have produced many year-end state titles as well as mentions in riders' families’ holiday newsletters. The farm's show team consistently finishes in the ribbons for Zone 5, and individual students pay homage to their lead instructor by winning Horseperson of the Year titles in their own divisions.
