The aestheticians at Bliss & Care erase signs of aging and protect skin from environmental damage with traditional spa services alongside laser-augmented treatments. Laser-assisted services include hair removal and acne-targeted therapies that use the heat of the elos IPL laser to blast acne-causing bacteria and reduce unsightly blemishes. Aestheticians customize facial treatments to address clients' individual skincare needs, from large pores to sagging skin, by mixing and matching skin-transforming agents such as seaweed, chemical peels, and lullabies sung in the complexion's mother tongue.
Guided by the expertise of Dr. Keith Gurland, the chief of ophthalmology at Bayonne Medical Center, the optical experts at Specs Unlimited have been calibrating prescriptions and outfitting eyes with name-brand frames for more than a quarter century. The full-service eye-care center flatters faces with designs from Prada, Gucci, and Ralph Lauren while also sharpening eyesight to read street signs or the fine print on tattoos. The professionals also fit contact lenses for patients hoping to walk through the world with ears and noses unshackled by spectacles.
Since 1988, Specs For Less has been sharpening visual acuity in Staten Island and its surrounding areas. At each of its five locations, customers' eyes are coddled by a staff of optometrists, who examine eyes aided by up-to-date equipment as well as ongoing education. Meanwhile, eyewear consultants concern themselves with keeping newly minted prescriptions stylishly adhered to faces, occupying the vanguard of frame style trends with an inventory of designs from Coach, Fendi, and Dior.
For almost 30 years we have provided New York City and Long Island residents with the highest quality eyeglasses at the lowest everyday published prices. All of our packages include a frame from selections that range from 800-2,000 frames. These are the same frames and lens products from the same manufacturers that you have

Nicole White-Fiandaca struggled with her weight. She told NJ Iron Magazine that she was "extremely obese" after giving birth to her two children. This coupled with additional health problems led a physician to recommend gastric bypass surgery. Unwilling to accept her fate, she changed her diet and started a simple exercise routine. Eventually, she progressed to P90X and later discovered Zumba. The latter quickly became her favorite, and after three years of regular exercise, she has shed more than 100 pounds.
Nicole, now a certified Zumba instructor, teaches classes to children and adults. More like a dance party than a workout, Zumba pairs Latin dance moves with upbeat, international rhythms and resistance training. After overcoming her own battle against weight gain, Nicole welcomes anyone regardless of their ability. She encourages her students to follow her lead during class. But if that proves to be too great a challenge, then it's fine to just keep moving by imitating your favorite congressman being chased by a bee.
