Established in October of 2009 by the Erazo Family. The company is named by the late Ana Miriam Erazo. It was really her vision that sparked this adventure. She always wanted a business, but could never achieve it. As family we decided to achieve that dream for her. That is why we named the company after her. Our philosophy
In the 1998 remake of Godzilla, a mutant lizard famously destroyed Manhattan—and at Hollywood Sports, visitors can do the same. The 23-acre sports center's paintball fields are each designed to mimic sets from classic movies, ranging from Godzilla to Saving Private Ryan; as they battle with their rented markers, paintball players live out their own twist on those film's battle scenes. Matches occur day and night thanks to the fields' stadium-style lights, which also ensure no one finds themselves in a shootout with a really aggressive bat. In addition to paintball, the park hosts other sports—rock-climbing walls, beach volleyball courts, and BMX racing tracks complement the movie-themed battlefields.
Blind 9 Golf equips duffers with clubs from elite makers including TaylorMade, Mizuno, and Adams, along with course-ready duds that owe their sporty collars to the stitch masters at Adidas, Puma, and other top brands. Along with a wide selection of putters, wedges, irons, and drivers, the golf emporium sells useful golf accessories, streamlining golf trips with travel bags and informing golfers of their exact distance from flagsticks and territorial forecaddies with GPS units and rangefinders. Clients can also sign up for a loft/lie fitting session with Blind 9’s recently acquired club-fitting equipment, which measures players' current sticks and swing path to determine optimal loft and lie.
When Sunny Williamson’s son couldn’t find a satisfactory airsoft facility, his father decided to create one for him. Opened in 2006, Tac City Airsoft has since expanded to two indoor airsoft facilities totaling more than 60,000-square feet. Under the watchful eye of refs, players duke it out in the Fullerton field’s fully enclosed quarters filled with wooden walls and labyrinthine hallways or the semi-outdoor space in El Monte littered with barrels and haystacks. Personnel update the fields every few months to keep repeat guests on their toes as they compete in scenarios such as capture the flag and follow-up games of set the flag free. In lieu of combatting with Tac City Airsoft’s fully automatic M4 rentals, visitors can purchase their own weapons and gear at the pro-shop.
Inside the airy cycle-centric studio, Revolutions’ team of experienced instructors motivates students of all ability levels during spin classes available seven days a week. First-time riders should arrive 15 minutes early to learn how to properly saddle the sleek Schwinn stationary stallions before beginning 30- to 60-minute sweat sessions. As energizing music flows through speakers to encourage fast-paced pedaling, students can bask in the views of lush sycamore trees provided by the space's wall-to-wall windows. A low-impact exercise, cycling can burn up to hundreds of calories per class while being much gentler on the joints than running with buckets of rocks over other, larger buckets of rocks.
