And while the combine prep program and off-season training regimen are designed for aspiring pros, the 10,000 square-foot facility has plenty to offer for kids and adults devoted to healthy living. Speed and agility classes for kids help develop the control, flexibility, and proper running necessary for school sports or careers modeling athletic gear. Adult classes, on the other hand, cover everything from interval-training group boot camps and body sculpting to weight loss.

Contrary to expectations, these instructors keep students motivated without screaming, yelling, or the use of fire. No two workouts are exactly alike, which helps students stay interested, and they take place in almost any kind of weather.
