Held at scenic parks and beaches, workouts help participants cultivate a love of fitness that endures when life throws them a curveball or a water balloon filled with chocolate pudding. The group dynamic of a boot camp fitness class can help keep classmates motivated. S&J Fitness and Kickboxing takes this concept a step further with its playdate fitness: parents can bring their kids with them to fitness class and drop them off for supervised active play at the company's outdoor jungle gym. Afterwards, the adults can join their own fitness class led by an expert instructor. It's a great way for adults and kids to appreciate fitness, and it's just one of many class offerings at S&J Fitness and Kickboxing. The non-military style boot camp combines the rapid strength-building of boot camps with the techniques and skills of kickboxing.
