With one foot planted in traditional martial-arts pedagogy and the other roundhouse-kicking modern sports science, Tiger Rock Taekwondo Academy schools limbs with fast-paced, total-body fitness classes. The health-and-fitness program consists of YogaFit and Kisado, which blends martial arts, yoga, and nutritional counseling to build up the whole body and tone each strand of hair on the head. Martial arts classes for adults and kids cover counter aggressive forms such as taekwondo and hanmudo, a style based on grappling and takedowns.
Sprawled across 600 acres of woodland, Marcus Pointe Golf Club is an expansive sportscape that challenges ball wallopers with its narrow fairways and subtle elevation changes. The 18-hole, par 72 course is littered with obstacles including strategically planted stands of trees, bunkers, small water traps, and foul-mouthed bushes. Aboard the included cart, golfing tandems zip through the links, crossing over a running stream that winds through Pensacola's natural wooded beauty and allows for impromptu dives to recover wayward balls and plunder sunken convertibles.

The site of the 1969 USGA Women's U.S. Open, Scenic Hills Country Club remains Florida's only course to host a USGA U.S. Open. But that's not the only thing that separates the 6,730-yard track from many of its Sunshine State counterparts. Unlike many courses that run through flat wetlands, Scenic Hills ripples over significant elevation changes?a characteristic that emerges at the first hole, a challenging, 443-yard par-four that plays downhill. The hills feed into a river and pond that, together, come into play on six holes, some of which force golfers to fly the ball directly over the hazard or bribe a frog with a backpack to swim it safely to the other side.
Alongside the course, separate greens for chipping and putting help golfers hone their scoring touch, and a driving range fosters full-swing practice. After a day at the links, golfers can enjoy a salad, sandwich, or other American-style dining at Caponi's Grille, named for 1969 U.S. Women's Open winner Donna Caponi.

For more than 25 years, the technicians at Bikes Plus have enabled smooth zooming by stocking new bikes and servicing cycles of all makes and models. With the addition of new location on Palafox Street, they now sharpen their skills at three locations alongside factory technicians several times per year, channeling newfound knowledge into repairs and tune-ups that keep two-wheelers healthy and humming. Customers can also take advantage of staff expertise as they scour racks of rides such as Scott bikes and Fuji cycles. Those already in possession of rides can accentuate them with accessories such as lights and locks, which prevent bikes from being hijacked by someone fleeing a unicyclist.
As the oldest dive shop Pensacola, Scuba Shack possesses an innate knowledge of local waters that's more valuable than any map. With their 50-foot dive boat, instructors lead dive classes for all skill levels, from adults or kids looking for a new activity to experienced students interested in becoming dive instructors themselves. Divers can stock up on new gear and air fills at the Shack then book a boat charter to a nearby dive site to explore sunken ships.
