Owner and head coach Travis Hughes guides his clients by drawing from an extensive background in athletics and fitness, from training in dance and Muay Thai kickboxing to his certification from the American College of Sports Medicine as a health and fitness professional.Rather than parking bodies in front of a flatscreen and treadmill, CrossFit workouts fully engage bodies and minds with high-intensity drills such as box jumps, sprints, hang cleans, and aggressive flexing. Armed with the motivation and know-how of a qualified coach and the functional movement and muscle-building exercises of a CrossFit workout, students can become stronger, leaner, and healthier all around.
