A full-body massage chair and onsite tanning beds are a few of the perks that make Dynamic Fitness feel more like a day spa than a typical gym. But it is a gym; people of all shapes and sizes reach their personal fitness goals thanks to the center's workout gear. There are treadmills, ellipticals, and other cardio equipment, plus an assortment of circuit machines and free weights. Staffers keep the gym noticeably clean by scrubbing, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces seven days a week.

Each one of our classes is designed to give you variety. No class will ever be the same, so you never know what you're going to have thrown at you.

What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?

People try to take on too much when the go it alone. Our instructors can scale down any program to fit any level of fitness so that you can still move the next day.

When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?

In 2002, after hitting 250 pounds, I decided I needed a change. I started watching my diet and exercising. In 2009, I earned my group fitness instructor certificate. After my first Warrior Dash in 2012, I realized that helping others to accomplish their goals was what I wanted to do with my life.

As the owner and an instructor at Fierce Fitness CLE, Adam Weslek dedicates a lot of his time to helping students get and stay motivated. Clare Gales has two loves—dance and fitness. The devoted dancer and expert trainer opened Studio 82 in 1986, where she combined her two passions by hosting both fitness and dance classes on the studio's expansive hardwood floors. Today, Clare and her staff of professional dancers and fitness professionals continue to lead students of all ages in more than 100 different classes that range from ballet to cardio kickboxing.

An abundance of internationally renowned dancers and top instructors have passed through the studio's doors over the course of its 26 years, guiding youngsters and adults alike through the footwork and form of styles such as ballet, jazz, and hip-hop.
