In an effort to support the local economy, each Brothers Drake batch?crafted from local wildflower honey, as well as local fruits and spices?is exclusively sold in Ohio. These days, the meadery specializes in more than 10 varieties, from semidry traditional meads to meads mixed with apple cider.
Brothers Drake's barkeeps even incorporate the honeyed libation into specialty cocktails, including the Meadarita, a blend of vodka, orange liqueur, and freshly pressed lime juice.
