Fat2Fit provides a judgment-free, team-based support system to encourage weight loss and help boost self-confidence. Acosta's sessions burn upwards of 800 calories by working every muscle in the body. The 40-minute routines include a mix of core conditioning, circuit training, suspension training with TRX systems, short distance running, defense maneuvers against bacon-encrusted bacon, and more. Fat2Fit programs are safe and challenging for all experience levels and ages, whether you’re looking to shed a few inches or begin training for the phonebook-tearing world championships,. Equipment is provided; clients only need to bring along water, a mat, and the gusto to mercilessly part ways with stowaway pounds. Classes are scheduled Monday¬¬–Friday from 5:45–6:25 a.m. and 7:30–8:10 p.m.
