We do not believe in "No pain, no gain." We encourage our clients to give a level of effort that meets his or her individual needs and goals.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
Classes are 60 minutes /[long/]. Beginning with 7?10 minutes of warm up, a 40-minute ride, and 7?10 minutes for cool down and stretching.
