Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our instructor/DJs are not only highly trained, incredibly fit, energetic, and at the top of their game, they also have been trained in music?a Beat Cycle class is like going to the best party you've ever been to with your favorite music and your best friends in the coolest club you've ever seen.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our founders love fitness and love music and when they moved to Boulder two years ago, they realized that the incredible fun that indoor cycling can offer was missing here. They decided to create a place for this obsession-inducing, heart-pumping, rhythm-inspired cycling in their new hometown.
What do you love most about your job? Riding with incredible people who realize they are stronger, fitter, and happier than they even thought, while jamming out to amazing music on a state-of-the-art sound system, in a tricked-out studio with cutting-edge bikes...basically what's not to love? Beat Cycle is the most fun thing. Ever.
The instructors at Take it Out! aren't exactly anti-gym, but they are anti-ceiling. They prefer to sweat beneath the sky alongside their students, who follow them through boot-camp drills, running routes, and strength-building exercises in Boulder Central Park.
