Since 1988, the skillful shutterbugs at Farrell Photography have strived to provide unparalleled customer service, always granting subjects undivided attention and trying to facilitate their every image imagining. Schedule an outdoor photo shoot at your family's favorite park to replace the mantle's oscillating fan with images of naturally windblown beauty. Or put one of Farrell Photography's photographers' nurturing directorial skills and time-freezing talents to the test by having him or her coax natural smiles out of a child, high-school senior, or athlete. Because photographers will travel anywhere within 20 miles of the studio, this is a wonderful opportunity to commemorate a favorite tree before its mulching.

The 88-year-old business regularly sponsors local charities in the community, from family-friendly carnivals to bike rides to raise funds for neighbors in need.
Carly-Lynn Photography's resident shutterbug captures clients with a straightforward, no-frills style that yields vivid imagery through careful posing and creative editing techniques. Carly-Lynn edits images in PhotoShop, enlivening them by adjusting colour intensity or adding vibrant splashes of colour to black-and-white portraits. She specializes in pictures of expectant moms and newborns, but also trains her lens on pets, families, weddings, and engaged couples. Clients can strike poses at outdoor locations or inside, where Carly speedily sets up a makeshift studio with professional lighting equipment and backdrops.
Reflecting on this childhood, Chris Keating sometimes feels as if he didn't exist. His parents' divorce left him with very little tangible evidence of his formative years, so he's spent his adult life as a photographer making sure children can look back fondly at warm family memories. Chris Keating and his Calgary staff have made this a reality for more than 3,000 families since opening the doors to Towne Photography in 2006. There, the professional photographic crew shoots posed and candid shots of families, children, couples, and babies at picturesque parks or against their studio backdrops, and they also snap triumphant graduate portraits, intimate prenatal shots, and provocative passport pics that make border crossing a breeze. Their ironclad guarantee allows unsatisfied clients to request reshoots, reprints, or resizing on all photographs, and they vow to remake or recapture any artwork that sustains damage over the years. Chris also takes his photographic knowledge on the road to conduct Betterphoto Workshops across the United States and Canada, teaching novice photographers how to artistically preserve their most precious memories.
