At 52,000 square feet, and with a capacity of 1,200 people, Pacific Sports and Events Center has more than enough room for your activities. Opened in March 2012, the massive facility houses a pair of indoor soccer fields, where youth- and adult-league games, practices, and training sessions unfold throughout the year. The fields are even versatile enough to be used for other sports, including lacrosse, football, and baseball.

Sports aside, the center also invites guests to utilize its space for other activities, such as birthday parties. Plus, one Friday per month is reserved as Kids' Night Out. On that night, children aged 6–14 can gather at the center with friends while parents use the free time to go to dinner or jump on their bed, even though the house is not a gym.

Billed as the Ultimate Trisport Event, TruAthlete is a competition in which coed teams of 6-10 players each battle each other tournament-style in each of three sports: flag football, volleyball, and soccer. For each game, six team members will take the field at a time; two women must be in play at all times, and teams can have up to four substitutes on the bench. There are two levels of registration: Division I, which is for serious athletes, or Division II, a casual bracket for groups interested in socializing and finally figuring out how their feet work. The top two teams in each division take home prizes. The event takes place at Magnuson Park, where there will be beer pong and dodgeball for spectators and consumers.

Beyond providing an opportunity for friendly competition and social interaction throughout the Denver area, the organizers of Denver Bocce League only have one mission: help players have fun. During each season, teams of up to 12 players compete in lighthearted bouts of the classic Italian game, which unlike other sports, requires little to no experience, physical exertion, or physics PhDs to master. After each game, teams can head to local bars for exclusive drink specials, and a variety of prizes await the victor of each season's playoffs.

With a palette of fresh local ingredients, The Islander's culinary team paints a menu of upscale dishes, carrying diners on a journey from the pubs of Middle America to the Great Plains and back to the coast. On the outdoor deck, stunning views of the Cascade Mountains and the town center keep guests grounded as fresh catches of wild salmon, prawn, and dungeness crab attempt to carry them out to sea. Indoors, flags of the world reminisce over the melting-pot nature of the menu, where half-pound burgers rolled in cracked peppercorn occupy the same space as prawn pasta and center-cut new york steaks with tempura shoestring onions. Ace barkeeps mix delectable specialty drinks, and pours of regional and international wines, microbrews, and rare European-style beers complement each dish. Frequent wine and beer tastings continue The Islander's flavor celebration, helping guests explore different pairings and fill their monthly friend-making quota. Sports aficionados, meanwhile, can get their fix by watching nightly games on the sports bar's eight high-definition televisions.
