Similar to modern microbreweries, the company's two distilleries—one in Nashville, the other in Bowling Green—produce small-volume batches of high-quality products, including gin, absinthe, and seasonal spirits such as pumpkin-spiced moonshine. To maintain the utmost control over its flavors, Corsair Artisan painstakingly crafts its selection using hand-operated stills, which, unlike major producers, enables the company to experiment with ingredients and personally deliver thank-you cards to each bubble that pops up during the production process.
