Mark Cottle, owner of Kaya Beauty, draws on 17 years of experience as he helms a staff that includes a former professional dancer, a Redken master stylist, and a veteran hairdresser who's spent more than three decades in the industry. Educated at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in L.A., Mark has also educated others by participating in Sexy Hair Concepts cutting exhibitions. Every year, he and his team apply their skills at the Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Mark and his crew greet clients with much more than just hair services, performing mani-pedis, deep-tissue massages, Peter Thomas Roth facials, and soufflé body scrubs as expertly as they highlight and smooth hair. They invite visitors to sip on coffee in the salon area—where an expanse of handsome brick frames the stations' mirrors—on fruit-filled water in the spa serenity room, or on fruit-filled coffee in the surrealist area.
