Each day, CrossFit Burlingame presents new 60-minute workouts for its members. All workouts are based on high-intensity gymnastics, lifting, and metabolic-conditioning exercises steeped in functional movements, but weights and reps differ for each individual. That way, all participants are equally challenged. In addition, coaches are on hand to ensure members perform each exercise correctly, so they are less likely to injure themselves when swinging a kettlebell or jumping onto a plyometric box or bed of nails.
