Intoxx Fitness's trainers push groups of students to their limits in search of better fitness and stronger bodies during classes such as kickboxing, spinning, and Zumba. Though the gyms' schedules vary by location, each hosts classes for all skill levels seven days a week, both in the morning and evening. The gym floor includes a large free-weight and machine lifting area for ample opportunity to supplement in-class workouts with more targeted exercises, for which personal trainers can assist with tips, tricks, and advice on chatting up that single weight machine.

This is a small, personal gym. We get to know our customers. Our staff and other members in the gym will be there for support.

Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Socialize with other members.

When and how did you first develop a passion for fitness?

The staff at It Figures takes a comprehensive, holistic approach to wellness. Group fitness classes provide a supportive environment for students to shape and tone their bodies through Zumba, cardio kickboxing, and TRX training. Instructors even lead students in Flirty Girl Fitness classes, which aim to strengthen the core and create long, lean muscles using moves from pole dance routines, music videos, and speed dating seminars.
