Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Focusing on our clients' exercise experience is our top priority. Our goal as a business is to have the best retention rates in the industry so we create a uniquely individualized group fitness experience by utilizing the latest in fitness-tracking software. Members are able to get instant feedback on calories burned, heart rate, and exercise heart rate zone percentages. We also offer our members monthly giveaways based on contests related to their monthly exercise achievements.

Do you run your gym according to a particular exercise philosophy?
Our training philosophy is that fitness should support your lifestyle and not that your lifestyle should support your fitness. We promote an active athletic lifestyle and through our fitness-tracking system we are able to integrate outdoor athletic passions of members with their fitness regimens.

Fun, challenging, dynamic, and rewarding

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Sand training has been around for some time. Most all professional sport franchises, Olympic training centers, and top NCAA D-1 programs have sand-training environments. We are the only facility in the US offering members a professional level sand-training studio in a health-club setting. The Sand we use is not beach sand. It is the same professional sand utilized on the pro beach volleyball tour and Olympic Games.

Like any 18-year-old kid working a job, Prem Carnot couldn't wait to clock out for the day. But instead of calling up his friends after his workday, he had something else in mind. After his shift at Parisian hotel tucked in the shadow of Notre-Dame Cathedral, Prem would grab his gym bag, jog across the Seine, and spend the next five hours practicing backhands and forehands. At that time, his game of choice was ping-pong. The dedication paid off, landing him a spot in the French National Table Tennis Championships.

It wasn't until he moved to Washington state, had a run in with a shrink ray, and met an enthusiastic pickleball player that he redirected his ping-pong prowess into the new sport, travelling the country to compete in tournaments. Today, Prem takes players under his wing to teach them the ins and outs of the sport. Though a master pickleball blaster in his own right, he approaches each lesson with humility, discovering each new student's innate playing style and going from there. The results have been overwhelmingly positive, as former students sing Prem's praises.
