The owner and founder of The Mommy Spa, Lindsay MacInnis, wanted to create a place that offered supportive, healing, and pampering services to hard-working moms-to-be and mothers. Seeking to help women understand birthing choices, create bonds with new babies, and simply feel good, the licensed staff provides massages, couples workshops, guided meditation, and reiki therapy. At the soothing center, visitors can participate in a couples pregnancy-massage workshop or relax during a hot-stone massage.
Rose Garden Massage?s cadre of massage therapists targets pain caused by injury, stress, and lymphedema. Massage sessions calibrate each stroke to the client's needs, pulling together modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage. Guided meditations attempt to detect emotional sources of pain or retrieve forgotten locker combinations, and workshops provide a space to share knowledge about topics such as couples massage and women?s empowerment. A lounge offers space to linger posttreatment or have a breakup talk with the knots in tight muscles before appointments.
Choose between one of three relaxing massage techniques including the deep tissue, Swedish, or signature. The deep tissue is a pressurized, full-body technique that seeks the deepest knots and unties them with the proficiency of a Boy Scout with adult hands. Go with the Swedish if you prefer traditional, long strokes tied to a gentle muscular overhaul. The signature treatment includes a total body pampering with extra attention given to comforting the hands and feet using heated spa treatments.
Sunlight streams through stained-glass totems inside the spacious studio at Eyes of the World Yoga. In terms of class offerings, students can exhale the exertions of the day away with slow stretching sequences and rhythmic breathing implemented during mellow yoga. Likewise, semi-limber limbs can flow through the basics of posture and alignment during a fundamentals class, which, like a cannon strapped to a rocking horse, is aimed at all levels.

In 2008, Tish founded Our Sacred Space Wellness Center with a simple goal: bringing a range of workshops, massage therapy, acupuncture, and other holistic treatments to the surrounding community. Having trained at various institutes, worked with the San Jose Sharks, and learned treatments such as reiki and reflexology, Tish's broad range of experiences are reflected in the center?s extensive service menu. She specializes in sacred native hot-stone massage therapy. Together with a team of eight other practitioners, they help clients redirect energy flow with acupressure, brighten skin with facials, and relax with multiple types of massage. Tish and co. also invite guests to check out the handmade jewelry, DoTerra Essential Oils, and the wide range of Sacred Blessed items in the welcoming room. Our Sacred Space's peaceful outdoor courtyard area is also ideal for those who want to unwind, meditate, or for those who want to enjoy the sun's energy and rejuvenate. The wellness center also has showers onsite for customers who wish to shower after treatments.
