Elvis Cinemas invites wide-eyed audiences to plunge into the ocean, soar above the clouds, and traipse across stretches of barren desert, all from the comfort of a theater seat. Its trio of theaters shows Hollywood blockbusters but keeps ticket prices down by playing them slightly after their initial release, when the characters have learned from their mistakes and changed their movie’s plot accordingly. Unlike the massive movie corporations whose theater complexes pop up in every city and shopping mall, Elvis Cinemas is Colorado owned and operated and focuses all its attention on just three theaters.

In a building that was once a turn-of-the-century bank, District Chophouse & Brewery was created. It now serves highly rated American cuisine with the added bonus of having a brewery on site that is known for award-winning handcrafted beers. Their Brewmaster, Barret Lauer was a biology and arts major who fell in love with the art of making beer while working his way through college. His passion turned into years of experience as Head Brewer and later Brewmaster. Patrons get to know and love his level of skill when they indulge in one of his beers. You can order a beer sampler which includes nine beers at a low cost. Their food also receives rave reviews, with their steaks, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, and cornbread being some of the most popular items. District Chophouse & Brewery is always a win!
