Certified personal trainers take aspiring exercisers of all ages through regimens that make use of the 16 available locations' ample workout machinery. Seasoned instructors, meanwhile, hold group fitness classes, free with a membership, fostering community as they incinerate calories during high-energy Zumba, step aerobics, Turbo Kick, and Hip Hop Hustle. Nine of the locations boast pools that host swim lessons taught by certified water-safety instructors.

Dr. Victor Manuel Nava's extensive training and surgical career have taken him across the country and back again. After an internship in Baja, California, he completed his general-surgery residency in Wilmington, North Carolina. After 14 years in the Tar Heel State, he came back to California in 2002 and opened his own private practice, where he puts his extensive training and artistic touch to good use performing a full slate of cosmetic procedures, including facelifts, breast augmentations, and liposuction. Not all of his services are surgical, though; he also offers laser hair removal and acne treatments, as well as dermal fillers that diminish wrinkles and render skin smoother than a newborn bowling ball.
