What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?

I have had clients transform not only physically but mentally and emotionally, and [some have] beat illness through exercise and nutrition. We have had a significant drop in weight and body fat in both men and women who have been committed and stuck to our program. Every one is different ... we specialize in personalized service and keep you accountable and on track. We are not focused on the number on the scale?we are focused on sharing our knowledge that this is a lifestyle, not a fad. We push for natural decreases in weight and body fat through hard work and commitment. There are no shortcuts, this is your body, and to learn how to make it work at it's natural potential is what we provide. You will see increased stamina, endurance, self-confidence, weight loss, body-fat reduction, drops in clothing sizes, strength, flexibility, and more.
