Renovated in 2009, the two-tier driving range invites players to hone their stroke on 1 of 25 grass tees or 30 tees that are covered, lit, and heated year-round.

Designed to improve the ability to visually track moving objects, the Nike Vapor Strobe may grace athletic eyes with enhanced peripheral vision, reduced reaction time, and the ability to fast-forward through time-outs. During training, classes of up to six trainees practice their sport while wearing specially designed glasses that inhibit vision with rapidly blinking strobe lights. Wearers gradually adapt to the limited vision so that, when their full vision is restored, they can more effectively process visual information without undergoing the costly third-eye implants of traditional vision-enhancement programs. Classes run every weekday at 4:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. Though trainees may reserve their classes at any time, Athletic Republic recommends that trainees maximize the program’s benefits by completing the six courses within three weeks.

Her workouts combine the benefits of cardio and strength training into a single rigorous routine. Students rapidly move from exercises on body balls to floor routines and lifting weights, keeping pulses pounding and muscles guessing. Classes are sometimes held on The Edge Sports Center's 22,000 square foot indoor field so students can eschew drawn-out stints on the treadmill.
