As guests peruse the displays, they can explore Lakota Sioux artifacts such as dream catchers and arrowheads, learn about the hunter-gatherer Agta from the Philippines, and listen to Drumbeats of the World, an interactive exhibit that pulsates with percussive heartbeats from Ecuador, Pakistan, and Korea.

Sandy, the owner of Choose Again Yoga, is used to heat. She spends most of her time in her 95-degree studio, stretching and bending through asanas with her students. Keeping most classes appropriate for beginners, she focuses on the healing qualities of yoga. Her series of poses, in addition to limbering up the body, releases toxins from tissues with a healthy sweat. Her favorite pose, however, remains the relaxing savasana, during which the yogi simply lays still on the floor while breathing deeply, allowing the mind to experience a sense of oneness with its environment.

He also offers private boot camps that can be held at the office, school, or front yard.
