After stretching and a dynamic movement warm-up, bodies are kept guessing with activities that vary with each class. Participants (no more than 20/class) swing kettlebells, lift free weights, toss medicine balls, and dangle from gymnast rings in a 45- to 60-minute workout session that can burn roughly 500+ calories or the exact amount of nervous energy needed to fail a driver’s test. The early-morning sessions strengthen muscles and minds with positive energy throughout the day, with Scott encouraging exercisers to always work out within their comfort zone.
