Inspired by a passion for dance that began with classical ballet lessons at the age of two, Meredith Williams took up Pilates in 2001. The graceful, core-focused discipline reminded her of the best parts of dance, and her growing enthusiasm led her to pursue her Stott Pilates certification within just a few years. Known as “Miss Motivation” to her friends, she lived up to her nickname and didn’t stop there—her success with Pilates finally led her to develop her own core-focused, quick-paced workout program, and so M Body Fitness was born.
Today, Meredith’s classes target and strengthen core muscles with innovative whole-body vibrational floors and bodyweight suspension training. After equipping her students with bosu balls that create unstable surfaces ideal for toning stomach muscles, she leads them through quick cardio bursts that liquidate fat faster than a soap company’s closing sale.
