It's fitting that the daily mantra at Iron Works Gym is "Strike while the iron is hot." Not only does this motto reflect the gym's industrious name and spirit?it also reflects the staff's focus on helping clients achieve their full fitness potential. The gym also guides visitors toward health with services that include personal training, sports-specific training, and group classes.
As a father-son team, Mark and Albert Haro have dedicated years to helping people feel fit and get their energy back. Along with their trainers, they accomplish that by combining structured workouts, nutritional guidance, and professional encouragement to their clients. Programs here are tailored to accommodate individual fitness levels while also keeping in mind each person's particular goals, whether that involves building muscle tone, losing weight, or growing a second pair of lungs.
The Next Level Gym also brims with equipment that members can use, including kettlebells, free weights, punching bags, and cardio machines. Trainers here also host boot camps and other group classes throughout the week, using intense sequences of functional movements?such as jumping, lifting, swinging, running, and throwing?to provide full-body workouts.
