Under the umbrella of The Bowling Proprietors' Association of North Jersey, an eclectic group of alleys work together to fill the region with the thunder of scattering pins. At most of Bowling Proprietors' bowling centers, bowlers keep track of pummeled pins with automatic scoring, and bumpers, which arrive at the call of a button, keep balls on course without filling the gutters with retired VCRs. Snack bars at some locations bolster ravenous bowlers, and game rooms in select centers keep hand-eye coordination in peak condition. Free WiFi is available in some centers so that winners can exercise bragging rights.
This newly renovated, family-friendly pin farm features 42 lanes with automatic scoring and automatic bumpers for those still on their training pins. The original 1960s vintage psychedelic color scheme remains, perfectly framing your quest to become the highest-scoring roller in the whole neon universe. Refurbishments include a brand-new snack bar for refreshments and a freshly shined up cocktail bar for adult fruit juices. The entire facility is non-smoking, preserving precious, performance-enhancing air. See here for lane hours.
Woodbridge Bowling offers 10-pin titans all the round balls, smooth lanes, and nonscuff shoes necessary to smash pins to their hearts' content. Upon arrival, feet can slip into semiformal bowling greaves available in a variety of sizes, with optional cuirass and longsword, before venturing onto 1 of up to 24 lanes open every day of the week. Woodbridge Bowling can accommodate dozens of players at a time, so a party of up to six can pit father against son, friend against friend, and rounded sphere against its mortal pin enemy. Woodbridge Bowling’s kitted out snack bar refuels throwing arms, while its cocktail lounge offers liquid courage to patrons working up the nerve to bowl with their eyes open.

Cousins Dean Del Prete and Paul Sattler started playing paintball for fun in 1986. Noticing a lack of places to play or find equipment, the pair took advantage of this business opportunity and founded Cousins Paintball the following year, creating a one-stop shop for players. They started out with the only paintball field on Long Island, and since then, they have grown to encompass 10 New York locations with scenario and speedball fields. Today, teams equipped with full mask and semiautomatic paint markers wander across their 20- to 80-acre spaces, searching for the opposing team's flag. Eco-friendly paint ensures trees do not suffer lasting damage, and themes such as hide-and-seek and cops and robbers add variety to a full day of games.
